§1. General Provisions

The service available at MamPigwy.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is used for publishing local offers and advertisements.

The administrator of the Service is MamPigwy.

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Registration and Accounts

Any natural person with full legal capacity may be a User.

Registration in the Service takes place via:

Email and password form.

Google Auth service (logging in with a Google account).

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data.

One User may hold only one account in the Service.

§3. Rules for Publishing Offers

Users may publish offers in selected categories.

The advertisement must be consistent with the facts and applicable law.

It is forbidden to publish offers:

Regarding illegal or dangerous items, or those originating from a crime.

Containing offensive, vulgar content or content violating the personal rights of third parties.

That are spam or have been duplicated multiple times.

The Administrator reserves the right to remove an advertisement without giving a reason if it violates the rules of the Terms and Conditions.

§4. Data Visibility and Contact

Essence of the service: The Service aims to connect providers and seekers. For this purpose, the User's contact details (email and phone number) are made available to other Users of the Service.

A User publishing an offer voluntarily consents to the publication of their contact details within the advertisement.

The Service does not act as an intermediary in transactions. All arrangements, payments, and collection of items take place directly between Users.

§5. Liability

The Administrator is not responsible for:

The content and reliability of the posted offers.

The quality, safety, or legality of the offered items/services.

Damages resulting from interactions between Users.

The User bears full legal responsibility for the content posted on the Service.

§6. Blocking and Deleting an Account

The Administrator may block or delete a User's account in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

The User has the right to delete their account and all associated data at any time through the profile settings or by contacting the Administration.

§7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Administrator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of changes via an announcement in the Service or by email.

The new terms and conditions enter into force on the day of their publication.
